Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation / Order Changes

  • Customers may cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, cancellation or modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel or change an order, please contact our Customer Support via email / phone / WhatsApp (details on Contact Us page), quoting your order number.

Refunds

  • If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please report within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos or videos to assist in verification.
  • Refunds are processed only after verifying the issue. If the claim is valid, refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are consumables, perishable, or intimate hygiene items / health supplements may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective on delivery.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase where possible.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue store credit.

Partial Refunds

  • If only part of the order is defective / damaged, or some items are unusable, we may issue a partial refund or replacement.
